Which size ring do I order?

For the perfect fit, we recommend using our free ring sizer and/or our sizing instructions via the sizing page. *Note that each purchase will also include a free ring sizer and polishing cloth in the box.

Can I wear my jewellery under water?

Absolutely! However, to preserve your jewellery's longevity we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to saltwater and chlorine. For specific care instructions, please refer to our product care page.

Why has my finger turned green?

Even with sterling silver, a reaction between the metal and your skin's acidity can occur leading to green discoloration on your finger. This should only happen for the first few wears and can be reduced by polishing regularly.

How can I stop tarnishing?

Regular cleaning and maintenance are essential for preserving the beauty of your sterling silver. We recommend using our complimentary soft cloth to gently polish your pieces and storing them in a dry, tarnish-resistant environment when not in use. PROCESSING & SHIPPING

How long for my jewellery to be made?

As each ring is made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for production to carefully cast, set, and polish your piece. Trust us, the wait will be worth it!

How much is shipping?

We offer free Australian Regular Domestic shipping on all orders, or $5 express shipping.

For international orders shipping will be calculated at the cart.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

As a business dedicated to hand crafting unique pieces exclusively for you, unfortunately, returns are not accepted due to customer error or change of mind.

What do I do if my order is incorrect or faulty?

If a product you have ordered is faulty or in any other way does not match your order specifications, we have a 30-day return policy after receiving your item.

What do I do if there is an error in my order?

If you have accidentally made a mistake in your order, please email sales@ojartisan.com as soon as possible and we will try our best to update your order!

However, please note as each item is made to order, it may not always be possible to change sizing post-production. Returns are not accepted due to customer error or change of mind.
